Dr Hyer has a great rapport with children which is so important when communicating with the adolescent patient. He is always focused on the patients best interests. His accessibility is very good and he has always made himself available when the need is greatest. He takes the patient under his wing and assists the patient to achieve the best possible outcomes available via the public system. Based on our experience, Dr Warren Hyer is a "best in class" paediatric gastro consultant.

My child received great care from Dr Hyer. He spent time listening to my daughter and provided both a diagnosis and then an action plan for any future occurrence of the problem. We were both very impressed by the service we received.

Dr Hyer is a very kind and caring doctor. He empathises with you and listens to everything you have to say. It is clear that his work is more than just a job and he will go out of his way to help his patients. We saw him for constipation issues and then for possible milk protein intolerance and reflux. He couldn't be any more helpful. Everything he said turned out to be spot on and his advice was great and worked. We had an appointment privately at the trust plus on level 10, northwick park hospital. I would definitely recommend this paediatrician.

Care from Dr Hyer and team in the theatre room was excellent. Staff involved in the care before the procedure and after procedure did not show the same care and support unfortunately, especially when first appointment for procedure under private care. Nurse gave wrong clothes, was very impatient and not at all reassuring before a major procedure for a 15 year old. After the procedure, an unsympathetic and impatient approach again.
